As a Director/Producer/Casting Director, who travels considerably, I recommend the Kodo to industry professionals and Actors! The amenities are wonderful. Top of the line kitchen appliances with beautiful counter tops. It feels spacious and cozy all at the same time. Decor is minimal and pretty. The Staff is AMAZING, warm, welcoming and ready to answer any questions you may have. Lobby/Common area furnishings are beautiful. WIFI is fast and strong! Clean and comfy environment. Rooftop view and outdoor lounge is Great. I will be back again and again. Thanks Kodo Tracy Twinkie Byrd

I come from a property management background and I can honestly say KODO is first class. I was able to spend time at KODO for a visual project, the decor, cleanliness, and customer service made created the perfect ambiance for our project. I just recently relocated and for a short or long stay KODO is the place to be.

I was at The KODO for a special project and was blown away. The design...style...cleanliness...it was amazing. The units themselves were state of the art and comfortable and the public areas (lounge, courtyard, rooftop) was all 5 star experiences. On top of the perfection of this building, the staff was unbelievably kind and accommodating. The KODO will be my #1 choice for short or long term stays in LA.

Very warm and lovely atmosphere. Everybody that works here is truly welcoming and helpful. We love the set-up of our apartment and the roof-terrace is a lovely spot to unwind at the end of the day. A great place to make a home away from home!

The Kodo has been an absolute dream to stay at during our short stay in LA. The apartment is amazingly furnished with everything we needed to live with comfort and cook our own meals. There were toiletries and cute little face masks provided - such lovely touches! Benji and Nicole are extremely helpful and really lovely. The location is fantastic, especially if you have rented a car although on street parking is difficult to find! The communal area is really lovely and the continental breakfast provided on weekdays was really appreciated. Thank you - if we ever stay in LA again you will be our first call!

Superb for lack of a better word. I've been here for a month plus and my new found brother and sister ,Benji and Nicole are like family. Very focused on peoples needs and the team I would want to operate my property. Any time I am assigned a project in the LA proper area you better believe one of my first calls will be to secure lodging through my two favorite leasing agents. I highly recommend KODO living.

Kodo has a great location in Koreatown! There are so many great restaurants in the area and things to do in this part of LA! There is also a rooftop bar with an awesome view of the city for those nights you want to have some friends over to watch the sunset and have some drinks! I definitely love taking advantage of the gym on the first floor which looks out onto a cute little courtyard. The rooms have Nest and KEYPR, are always clean, and are fully furnished! All appliances are in the units also - including in-unit laundry!! This building is also pet friendly so we are able to bring along our furry friends! Not to mention the staff is amazing and very accommodating!
